A few months ago I started using Claude at work, and my first experiment was writing a book. Together we’ve built out a framework for the storyline, and each week I’m working with Claude to finally get ideas I’ve carried around for the better part of three decades down on paper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m definitely not a writer, which got me wondering: what else can Claude do? How can it help someone who’s more of an “idea person”?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I found out Claude could help with app development, I went straight down the rabbit hole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I’m keeping the details of what I’m building under wraps for now, but it’s been a really interesting project. I hope to release it as my first real step into basic programming with Claude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Last night I handed the app to K and R to try out. K had suggestions right away, and they were so good that I’ve already built them in. At first I had to explain what I was going for, because the concept didn’t fully land. Once he had the app on his phone, though, it clicked, and he came up with some great ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
