– Workouts begin!
– We are using our recumbant bike with the Peloton app
– While it’s a good workout, the resistance is unmeasurable / its a best guess and is likely not accurate at all
– We can’t get cadence without extra hardware
– Peloton App retrieves HR data from our watches which is cool
April 6th, 2021
– Schwinn IC4 Exercise Bike Arrives
– We were definitely overdoing it on the recumbant bike
– We are both very sore from the bike
April 13th, 2021
– My VO2 max is up a little
– Weight is down 6.1 lbs
– BMI is down 3%
– I’m sleeping REALLY REALLy well.
